Shower screen with the fixed front post
The shower screen protects the space and the fixtures located next to the shower from splashing water. The shower screen equipped with a front post is particularly sturdy
The shower screen is attached by its sides to the building wall with the wall
mountedprofile and with the front post between the floor and the ceiling (room
height 2500 mm). Then the installation height of the panel can be adjusted
depending on the need for the use of the space. The front post is equipped with
the joint adjustment leg for floor tilting. A seal (standard part) can be
installed between the panel and the floor, in order to prevent water from
flowing under the panel.
Installation guide
Installation services are available in Finland capital (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Porvoo, Sipoo, Kirkkonummi, Nurmijärvi, Kerava, Järvenpää, Riihimäki, Pornainen, Hyvinkää, Tuusula), Tampere (Tampere, Nokia, Kangasala, Lempäälä ja Pirkkala), Hämeenlinna and Lahti (Lahti, Mäntsälä, Orimattila) regions. Service is carried out by manufacturers professional mechanic. When product is ordered with installation service, transport company delivers the product to customer site. When the product has arrived, mechanic will phone customer and agree the exact installation date and time. Installation is done to clean and installation ready surfaces. If there is an old product in the bathroom, you can order the additional service for removal of the old product. Installation work includes besides installation of the product also silicone seaming of wall mounting joints and drilled holes and taking away the installation garbage. If you are unsure about the measures of the product (for example in case of custom sized products), you can order a measurement visit on-site done by the mechanic. In this case the mechanic will fill-in the final measures of the product to the system and the responsibility that measures are correct is carried by the manufacturer.

The profiles mounted to the edges of the panel are manufactured of aluminium. The white (RAL 9016) and black (RAL 9005) surface treatment options are manufactured by powder coating. Aluminium is an anodized coating. Profiles are sandblasted before anodization, so that the surface is as smooth as possible and there will be no fingerprints. The fittings used in the product, like square foot and brace bars, are made of brass alloy and correspond with the chosen profile color. White and black profiles have white or black painted fittings, aluminium profiles have chrome plated fittings.
The product is manufactured of 6mm thick tempered safety panel (EN 12150). The safety panel can be treated in the factory with Cranith calcification prevention coating. The coating enables the panel to stay clean easier. Clear and smoke are smooth surfaced and transparent panels Chinchilla and satin panel are not fully transparent, details cannot be made out through the panel. Chinchilla is textured on one side and smooth on the other side. One side of the satin panel is etched to acquire a velvety feel and the other side is smooth. When choosing a satin panel product, bear in mind that the etched surface of the panel is sensitive to scratches and stains. The satin glass may also tint in green, depending e.g. on the lighting in the space. Please contact customer service for a proposal of superbright satin glass if needed.
The size of the shower screen can be selected from the standard dimensions or it can be manufactured custom dimensions. wall mountedprofiles have 20mm of adjustment range. The adjustment range can be used for levelling any tilt of the building s wall or for extension of the width of the shower screen in relation to the provided standard dimensions. The width can be further extended by 34 mm via the extension profile (optional accessory). The extension profile can be grooved, for example, for the inlet of the surface water pipes.

Optional accessories for the product include a straight curtain rail or a curtain arch (includes hooks and brackets). One end of the curtain rail and curtain arch are mounted to the building wall, the other end may be mounted to the shower screen or to the other building wall.
